Anadolu Group’s innovation program, “Bi-Fikir,” which rewards its employees’ innovative ideas, celebrated its 10th anniversary. To date, 7,562 quick applications, 2,818 projects, and 47,100 ideas have been brought to life within the program. The total value created through these projects has reached 1.8 billion TRY. Speaking at the Bi-Fikir Festival, where the best projects of 2024 were showcased, Anadolu Group’s Chairman Tuncay Özilhan stated, “Innovation has become one of the most important keys to surviving in competitive markets today.”

Symphony of Corals in +1 Breath to the Sea
Anadolu Efes came together with the sea and nature-friendly musician Mercan Dede within the scope of the ‘+1 Breath to the Sea’ project, which was initiated to protect corals facing the danger of extinction and to raise awareness. Within the scope of the project carried out by the company in cooperation with the Marine Life Conservation Society, Mercan Dede gives an ear to the voice of biodiversity with the ‘Symphony of Corals’, inspired by the sound of biodiversity in the Marmara Sea.

Innovative Ideas of Students Rewarded at Bi-Fikir KAP for the 6th Time
As part of Anadolu Group's innovation platform Bi-Fikir, the winners of the 6th Bi-Fikir KAP, which brings university students' innovative projects to life, have been announced. Among the 10 projects that reached the finals, Migros Akıllı Şef took first place, AGCharge secured second, and Enature came in third. The successful projects will have the opportunity to be implemented in Anadolu Group companies based on their respective fields.
Anadolu Efes contributed TL 1.3 billion to the agricultural economy
Anadolu Efes contributes to the agricultural economy with the motto ‘Agriculture is the future’ and works for sustainable agricultural practices through R&D, innovation and capacity building activities. In 2024, the company offered a ‘Farmer Incentive Package’ of TL 93 million to farmers and contributed TL 1.3 billion to the agricultural economy. In order to make the agricultural ecosystem more resilient to the climate crisis, Anadolu Efes launched the ‘Tarladan Şişeye Onarımı Mayalamak’ programme with Anadolu Meraları and took an important step towards restorative agriculture.
Migros Starts the Process of Switching From Barcode to GS1 QR Code System
Migros Group CEO Özgür Tort, who continues to serve as a Member of the GS1 Türkiye Board of Directors and GS1 Global Board of Directors, announced that they have started the transition process to the GS1 QR Code system. Adel / Faber-Castell Supports Nearly 50,000 Children with Its Stationery Products and Toys
With over 50 years of experience in Türkiye’s stationery sector, Adel / Faber-Castell has been an industry leader since 1969. In collaboration with Fazla and the Food Rescue Association, Adel / Faber-Castell has launched a pioneering initiative in the sector. Through this project, nearly 50,000 children in rural schools, tent cities, and local communities—including those in earthquake-affected regions across 20 provinces—have received donations of stationery and toys.
Change of Leadership at Anadolu Group
Hurşit Zorlu, who has completed his 40th year at Anadolu Group and has served as CEO for the past 7 years, is retiring. He will hand over his duties to Burak Başarır, who has been with the group for 25 years and most recently served as CEO of Coca-Cola İçecek and Deputy CEO of Anadolu Group. Başarır will begin his new role on April 1, 2024.
Kia Redefines Boundaries with the EV9
Kia, a brand of the Anadolu Group, introduced the EV9, which was launched for sale in our country earlier this year following its fully electric models EV6 and Niro EV, at a grand event. The event, held at the 1,600-year-old historic Şerefiye Cistern, was attended by Kia Türkiye representatives and the vehicle's Turkish designer, Berk Erner.
