Türkan Özilhan served as CEO of Anadolu Medical Center during 2014-2022, a private, not-for-profit hospital, affiliated with Johns Hopkins Medicine. She worked in several departments from patient services to logistics and administrative roles at Anadolu Medical Center for 18 years. She gave very much importance to the issues of quality, safety and financing of medical care; innovations in health care delivery; access for the underserved; and the training of the whole staff including the medical and the administrative team.

Prior to joining Anadolu Medical Center, Türkan Özilhan succesfully served at Anadolu Group undertaking various job positions during the years 1996-2000. She holds very active roles in supporting women enterpreuneurs in Türkiye. Türkan Özilhan earned a bachelor's degree at Oglethorpe University in the field of Business Administration/Management and a master’s degree at Seton Hall University in Health Administration.

Driven by her profound passion for the arts, she founded Freestage Production Company in 2023. She produced five acclaimed plays, including The Time Setting Institute, Afife, and The Whale, earning recognition for her exceptional contributions to the field. Türkan Özilhan has been serving as a board member in Anadolu Group since April 2025.
