The enthusiasm, interest, and contributions of our young people hold great importance in Anadolu Group’s sustainable growth vision. This year alone, we received 2,313 project ideas. We believe in the potential of youth and take pride in offering them opportunities to create and grow. We truly believe that together we can build a better tomorrow.”

3,917 ideas in 7 years

With Bi-Fikir KAP, Anadolu Group aims to extend its innovation approach beyond the company, strengthen its employer brand, and collect innovative and applicable project proposals from university students through open innovation to benefit Group companies. The program also serves as a platform where Anadolu Group meets young talents, contributing to its recruitment and internship processes. Ideas for Bi-Fikir KAP are gathered through offline and online campus events, collaborations with entrepreneurship centers, and social media announcements. Submitted ideas are matched with relevant Anadolu Group companies, and after evaluations, the highest-scoring projects advance to online interviews, where semi-finalists are selected. Together with the matched Anadolu Group companies, finalists work on prototyping until the final stage, under the guidance of a jury composed of Anadolu Group executives. Since its inception, Bi-Fikir KAP has received 3,917 ideas over seven years. Within the program, 11 projects have been implemented, and 15 students have had the opportunity to intern at Anadolu Group. This year, Bi-Fikir KAP was also launched in Kazakhstan under the name “An-Idea Championship.” The program attracted 359 idea submissions from students in the region.
